What for a system are you running?
A3000,A1200,A4000?
The requester means a hardware error somewhere there.

Quote from the Mediator Multimedia CD cover:

"The software in the Mediator Multimedia CD requires installing two (enclosed) Mach chips in Mediator PCI 1200.
The chips provide the hardware security keys necessary for the operation of the software."

Does the mediator you're using have two chips in it with different labels on (MM mediator PCI 1200 U5) and (MM Mediator PCI 1200 U3).
If it doesn't, if all the chips have no labels on them then the mediator may not have been upgraded with these chips.

Don't know if there's a hack around this, you may just have to buy a copy of the mediator multimedia CD from Elbox (www.elbox.com) which should come supplied with the two chips. Check with them first though to make sure they still supply the chips in the package.

Good luck.
