Default Syquest 270s problem with the push button for load

when i inserted one
syquest disk in my drive , i can`t close it, when i inserted the disk and push handle
towards to the right, the handle does not remain fixes, the only form is
push it to the right manually tight for load the disk, but when i removed
my hand the drive not load.

any solution for this?
