That's not a terribly bad price for a April 1 Pegasos. Besides, these things usually get the final realistic bids within ~1 minute of closing. It will probably go up a little bit.

Don't forget MANY Pre-April and April 1 boards were mostly given out for free to developers, and many April 2 boards sold for $299. Add on top of that the (relatively) low cost of a Pegasos II board, your auction isn't looking too bad.

Well, look at other's now on ebay even the start price is higer then my reserve price.

Besides, The ram alone did cost me 70 euro's.

That's a tough one. The bidders may well look past this. Registered memory is certainly expensive, but *might* not add alot to the bidders perception.

If I was a gambling, I'd say this will end up somewhere around $220USD. It would probably bid a bit higher if it was located in the US.

Since there is only a few minutes left and the reserve has not been met, I would say this is another clear sign on the death of the Amiga market. Give it ten years, the price of Pegs may come back as a rare historical item. :/

What? Thats crazy talk. It just shows people would rather have a Pegasos II is all. The Pegasos is hardly on its way to death Sony just dumped its old web servers in Europe for a Pegasos based MySQL server. You can read about that over at Morphzone.org if interested.
