Hi,
I started Cloanto's Amiga Forever live Linux UAE emulation from the main Amiga Forever disk. Your PC boots a light version of Linux off the Cloanto disk and goes straight into Amiga Workbench. This installation of AmigaOS has UAE-Control isntalled to allow one to mount virtual floppies (.adf files). But there is no documentation on how to use it. When I start UAE-Control I am presented with a window listing DF0: DF1: etc. and an EJECT and INSERT button. When I press INSERT I get a slot displayed where it looks like I'm supposed to enter a directory or file location or something - but there are no instructions in the UAE-Control program nor online to tell me what format this should take or how to use it properly. Does anyone know how to use it? Thanks. Last edited by ral-clan; 07-08-2012 at 03:08 PM.. |

How about typing in the path to an .adf file as it is in the host OS? Isn't it obvious?

Yeah, that was the first thing I tried. It didn't work.

It seems to be a straightforward system path - on my PC an inserted .ADF shows up as:
C:\Users\Andrew\AppData\Local\Temp\RetroPlatform\< diskname>.adf
