Default Amiback still good to use for backup?
I have a 3k with 3.1, PFS, and BetterWB. I want to back it up automatically and I own an old copy of Ami-back. Does it run reliably in a modern environment? Does the Scheduler work and will it automatically create backups without user intervention?

Thanks in advance for the help...
