Positive Amiga news and their wrongdoings list will prevail. Its good for "CUSA potential customers" to have a single place to be informed. Its not the blog but their "Commodore returns" and "We are Amiga" that creates confusion

There is no problem with C64x case except cooling and issue whether full C=OS was supplied as promised to replace Ubuntu.
