Some (very) years ago, my wb3.1 was in finnish language, finnish language is not on the 3.1 locale disk, where can i download it? ideas?

My Workbench 3.1 had semi official Finnish language but I am afraid my Amiga harddisk is dead and all files on it unrecoverable.
