The keyboard and mousepad are damn near identical to the ones that come with recent iMacs, I think was the point. The unit itself is different enough that it'd be harder to make an infringement case out of.

I don't get why the industry is getting so hot-and-bothered over AIO PCs lately...these flatscreen ones in particular are no better an idea than they were in the days of the iMac G5 and its constant heat issues. CRT AIO Macs got away with it because there was room in the case for proper airflow...
