Default What is this Workbench addition?

What makes the top menu bar look like this on OS 3.1? And the bottom bar?

i'm not sure about the bottom one, but I'm pretty sure the top on is done with Visual Prefs.

Yep, VisualPrefs for the screen titlebar and window gadgets, and Workbench2000 for the Taskbar.

Cammy how do you get that 3D look for the WB2000 bar? It's with VisualPrefs, isn't it? What options?
Or is it just an image? I like it.

Cammy,

I installed Visual Prefs. Lots of options. Anxious to dig in, but my goal is to get a title bar pretty much exactly like you. There are bitmaps in there, and several shades. Can you share some instructions for how to do that? My goal is, unabashedly, to clone your title bar and window treatments. :-)

Thanks.

Can anyone tell what that font is in the top menu and the window titles? Looks like some kind of bold Helvetica. Any ideas?
