So it does not seem to matter if I'm running my screen at 16 colors or 256 colors. Sometimes when I extract and install a new program such a BOOM, the Icon for the program always ends up looking like crap.
Then sometimes the program's icon looks just fine. How do I make all icons look fine all of the time? I have FullPalette installed, but I'm not fully sure on how to set it up.
