I am VW Owner, many years ago!. I had many VWs, Bug, Beetle, Super Beetle, Type 3 (Notchback - I still have), and others Water Cooled Models, like Jetta, Cabriolet, Rabbit/Golf GTI..

1967 SO42 Westy
1973 Thing
1987 Syncro Camper

Also have owned 1982 Diesel Westy and 2011 TDI Beetle.

Its interesting, how the VW Thing and Single or Double Cab models, have increased the value.
