Default Wanted: Amiga 3000 keyboard and floppy drive bay covers

I'm looking for an Amiga 3000 keyboard in good condition with little or no yellowing. Yes, I know an A2000 keyboard will work, but the A3000 keyboard looked a little different and I'd like to get one for my A3000.

Also looking for the plastic floppy drive bay covers as well.

Let me know if you have either and are willing to sell. I'm located in the US.

Thanks!

Isn't the 3000 keyboard the same as the 4000 keyboard??

I believe the A4000 keyboard uses a PS/2 connector and the Amiga 3000 is the same as the Amiga 2000.

The OP is right, the Amiga 3000 keyboard is different than the Amiga 2000's keyboard. I think it looks nicer. But I think the entire Amiga 3000 looks nicer. :-)

The 3000&4000 keyboards looks the same though. There is an adapter for the connection in the back.

A3000 is my favorite model, followed by the A1000.

Yes, but I have neither keyboard. A3000 keyboards have been all over eBay lately but I can't seem to win one. A4000 keyboards seem to be even more rare.

The A3000 and A4000 keyboards are the same just the connector is different. you can use A2000/A3000 keyboards on A4000, just use any cheap PC PS2 adapter.
I just refurbished the A4000 keyboard for myself and on the keyboards PCB shows A-2000 stencil on it, so it looks like all big box Amiga keyboards are the same, at least internally.

@blanghorst
I have couple misbehaving keyboards that need refurbishing, I may be willing to sell it to you after I fix some of them, but all of them are A2000 ones.

Thanks guys. I scored a decent A3000 keyboard on amibay this morning. Still looking for a floppy bay cover or two for the A3000 if anyone has a spare. It is for a mod.

When you get them working, would you be able to list them on ebay?

I also need a floppy bay cover for A3000. BTW, what kind of mod are you doing?

I've got a card reader in the right floppy bay and I want to mod a cover to be easily removable so I can add/remove cards through the floppy slot. I have 1 floppy bay cover but am reluctant to mod it in case my plan doesn't work out so well.
