A while back I dug out a lot of my old Amiga stuff and purchased Storm C with the intention of getting some coding done. However I find I simply don't have the time and have only switched it on a few times in the last couple of months. It time to face facts, Im never really going to get chance to use this stuff again.
So, I was thinking of selling it, And when I say it, I mean more than the A1200, I will list some of the items here. But I wonder, Should I sell it as a job lot or split it ? and what kinds of prices would be reasonable ? I searched for similar parts on the net but cant find much to compare against. A1200,Tower, Blizzard PPC@240MHz 040@25MHz About 96mb ram + Bvision + 4gb solid state drive, cd rom drive. Phillips Monitor (Poor condition but working) CD32, Working A2000, KS2.04, 030@??MHz about 6mb of ram, SCSI interface + CDRom drive (I think) Poor condition but was working last time i checked) A600, Was working last time I checked A500 A500+ Spare 1200 motherboard. Action Replay MK3 (For A500) Various joysticks/mice etc A huge stack of magazines (About 3' high) at least 5 big boxes of floppies Quite a few original games Lots of CD Roms from magazines + CD32Games (Maybe 10 of those) 56K Modem. Genlock card (Possibly not working) Catweasel 1200 IDE Accelerator (I forget what kind, might be damaged) Couple of printers (Star LC10, LC200 and possibly an epson of some kind) And so on... This list is not complete and I would of course have to check everything before making an Ebay list but that gives a rough outline. Hope somebody can help me decide how best to go about this please ?

Send it all to me and I'll save you the hassle of trying to sell it.
Seriously though, if you want the most money for it you would be better splitting it all but then you have the added work involved with the shipping. |

Check out amibay.com. It is a very friendly, helpful site. I feel much happier selling my Amiga stuff on there than on eBay.

Anyway, please split it. I know it's more work, but nothing's more annoying than seeing a system you'd be interested in buying that the seller won't give you because they only want to move the whole lot.

It's Amiga time!

You'll probably get more if you split it, though it'll obviously be more work, and take longer.
As an aside, I'll be happy to take a mouse and maybe some joystick once you get that far

Split it plus it will give you a couple of happy 'goodbye' weekends preparing it for sale.

Thanks for the feedback, I think your right about splitting it, That way I can keep the 1200 untill last and have another think, As mentioned I will probably regret selling that, I had it a long time and it cost a lot to build way back and would be quite hard to replace I suspect. I can manage without the 2000, 600, cd32 and the 500s quite nicely, The 1200 would be a hard one to let go off.
Im in the UK, Near chesterfield, But it wasnt my intention to advertise here... Ill have a look at amibay, thanks for the mention

Amibay has the most ridiculous rules and they can't do a thing to protect someone who has been ripped off.what can they do slag the guy on the forum and ban him? Unless you want to jump thru a ridiculous amount of hoops i would avoid it. Being verified with paypal and selling to another verified person is the best way to protect yourself in my opinion. avoid any methods like western union. mech |

You also will sell your items for much more on EBay! It reaches far more interested people.

And if you include a pic something like dannyp1's avatar is it's bound to increase interest
