I have read somewhere that an Indivision is a tight fit (potential heat problem) when used with the Mediator? Is this something I need to be concerned about (extra cooling??) or not really? Asking as my 4K does have an Indivision in her and I'd rather not fry it

Thanks all
My A4000 has been transplanted into a tower, so I can't tell you about how the Indivision would fix under a Di board. I know I don't have any issues and the video cable just sneaks around the back of the Mediator board and connects to a free back slot.

Although I own CGX4, the Mediator guide kept banging on about P96, so I installed taht instead. It didn't take me too long to figure out how to make my own screen modes with it, and here's how my Workbench ended up:

If heat is a concern in the small desktop case then consider adding a fan on the side of the case. A few drill holes (I know, drilling holes in a "classic" case should see you burning in hell) and a cheap PC fan and all should be good.

slaapliedje: running your desktop open should very much clarify if this is a heat issue

@Darrin - very nice WB desktop res you've got there I ordered a Mediator as I think i'll be OK and it basically gives me 2 4000s that are nicely kitted out.

No doubt I'll have some problems/questions but if I stick with commonly used cards fingers crossed she'll be peachy

Thanks all

I'll give that a shot tonight. I went through and set up the hard drive again, and hadn't quite started browsing yet.

Making an attempt to get AmigaSYS4 with OS3.9 on my system. Probably did it a roundabout way (Installing through WinUAE) but it does seem to be working now, though a few things seem 'off'.
