do any body think maybe ikts possibleto use flash pcmcia flash card reader with 8 meg flash card on board aS RAM

1) The PCMCIA port/carddisk.device can only address 4MB.
2) FlashRAM isn't system RAM. I'm not aware of any system that can use it as such.

You might be able to use it as a disk with the cfd.lha package from Aminet.
