Default Hardware buffons - Amiga 600 512k CHIP only?
This is the next step in the, "To make my Amiga 600 as hardware compatible with an Amiga 500 as possible" project.

Is it possible to configure the A600 to have 512k CHIP RAM only, opposed to the standard 1MB CHIP RAM?

I figured it may be possible to just remove half of the RAM chips on the A600 board, and this may be enough. Is this possible?

Is it possible to add a switch to one of the RAM chips to allow switching in and out of the chip?

Have a look at this included schematic link, and tell me what you think...

Please - I don't want this thread about the reasons why or why not to do this, just about HOW to do this - thanks.
