Desperately needs a life

There's some website called "Share Your Experiences" that has sent me several "alert" emails saying that someone is posting about me on their site. It gives a link to whatever was posted, but I've never clicked on the link because I'm unsure if it's just another one of those scams to confirm my address. I visited their website by chopping off all the extra stuff on the URL to just have the domain, but I haven't searched for my email address with their search feature for the same reason.
Is this a legit thing? Here's an offhanded way I found of showing you the URL. Some website has it listed as a spam site and this is the "related domains" page. I guess at least someone considers it badness. Maybe it's the electronic form of an itchy nose because someone is talking about you. Ugh. |
