So forgive me for wondering, is it possible that these guys could have really made a boo-boo? I mean, Boucher tells us that "only part of 2003 was taken into account". Um, do you need a masters degree in counting to know that to determine the number of terrorist attacks in 2003 you need to count ALL the terror attacks in 2003, not just some of the attacks that took place in 2003? And not only that, counting terror attacks is not a new science, they've been doing it for years now. What happened to those guys who counted the attacks in 2001 and 2002? Did they forget how to do their job? Were they all replaced with 4th graders? Or did they all get a special phone call from a certain white house resident suggesting they do something a little different this time around? Hmmm....
