Low End Mac is a well known site among the enthusiasts of older Apple hardware. MorphOS just got a little bit of coverage on the site thanks to Sebastian Patting's article which sheds a little light at the history of MorphOS and explains why it can be of interest to people still using their old PowerPC machines.

Hi,

Why don't we just change the name of this site to Mac.org.

In other words who cares, it isn't Amiga, no matter what anyone says. It is a great Amiga Emulator for a Mac, sort of like WinUae, or UAE.

You want Mac go to a Mac site or change the name of this site to Mac.org so I can go to a real Amiga site.

MorphOS is an independent, extended and developed clone of AmigaOS. No matter what you say.
You are wrong. MorphOS is an operating system, backward compatible with AmigaOS. Please, at least try to educate yourself.
Would be great if you do.

Really nice introductional article. Small mistakes in details, like forgetting 060 and PPC accelerators on classic Amigas, Pegasos/Efika weren't really Amiga clones in HW wise and although there are screens like on Amiga they aren't draggable :) No biggie for the purpose, otherwise it's really clean and readable.. good work.

Dragon is pretty cool. It not only allows screens to be dragged vertically but also horizontally, as well. Standard Amiga screens can be dragged horizontally if the screen being dragged is smaller than the one behind it, but Dragon lets you do it irrespective.

It's a bit slow on my 50MHz 060 4000 with a PIV and P96, but works pretty damn well, anyway. It just hit me that I need to see if it allows EdPlayer to sit over the bottom of another screen the way it used to in simpler times, when a glass of lemonade resolved all problems.
