As many of you will be aware, Update 1 for AmigaOS4.1 was released recently.
It would seem, reading in the various amiga forums that this update has been fraught with problems. Almost as soon as it became available, the download site fell over, forcing me to wait several days before I could download the ISO. In the meantime, those who had retrieved it started to find numerous problems with it. Seeing as I own the A1XE, often portrayed as one of the least reliable "next gen"...

... and one giant kick in the teeth for conspiracy fans!
One of the longest standing complaints of faked lunar landing conspiracy theorists everywhere has been the absence of any photographic evidence that the devices allegedly left by NASA are there. The fact that the largest observatories are rather "too busy" to look at the landing sites has been seen as a validation of their claims that man never visited.

Here's a thought for you all.
My manager raised an interesting question today in passing regarding "carbon footprint" of cars. He mentioned in passing that he's waiting to see how much carbon dioxide people produce in comparison.
It seemed an interesting idea, so I set out working it out. The first question was, how much carbon dioxide does a person emit generally? Luckily, google had the answer:
