Congratulations go to Tension - he's had quite a tough time I understand... 
The correct solution is: Fockbek - a very small town or rather village right in the heart of Northern Germany. The fun story behind the heraldry can be found on h2g2's story on eels - where else?
(Well, they missed the part where the Fockbekers, after drowning the eel, marked the spot by cutting a groove in their boat's side....)

OK, here's another: if you cleverly combine the information on the blog page, it's not too hard to find out - with a bit of help from "... is your friend".
#2: If you just to describe what you see as simply as possible and use that in G... it not only works in German (as I had intended first) but also in English. Very nice article in h2g2 actually!
