At any given time I have about a dozen different things going on at once. Ive just finished up a bout of ports to AROS (Updated/bug fixed my Dosbox version, ported Neopop, ported a NES emu from psx2 imaginatevly titled NESEmu, as well as a few other things). Ive cracked the sads majorly with AROS today (or more accurately VBox) so its back to classics for me more or less exclusively for a while. Now as for what Im working on for classics, theres a few main things. My focus/motivation grows and declines often so its nice to have a few things to alternate between when the mood strikes. One of which is easiest to describe as a Zelda style game, but it differs somewhat to Zelda. Imagine Alien Breed crossed with cannon fodder crossed with Monkey Island, but with a Zelda style perspective. I also have a more traditional Point n click adventure in the works (coded from scratch with its own editor (albiet very rudimentary thus far)). I've also got a point blank style shooter that I started a little while back, and my StreetFighter2 remake. I also started something that was inspired by The Sims a while ago. Its completely non interactive thus far, but was a lot of fun. The main point to it was to see what the people would do, what decisions theyd make, etc. given a very basic "intelligence". Most chose to study a lot so as to get a good job and then had children in thier late 20's - late 30's. Every now and then I go back to it and add a little extra. Its very basic and theres only 6 buildings in the entire "world", but I get a kick out of seeing what ppl get up to in this world.
Additionally I still have, and occasionally check out something I wrote that I called "CrazyOS", which is an OS written in AMOS. Most people try to tell me its a bad choice of languages for such a project, but that's actually exactly why I chose it. The whole round whole/square peg thing appeals to me
