Have been flat out working on cars and junk and finally got a chance to have a go at getting the HD to boot into work bench.... so holding the key board plug in place I tried but no good ....
ya can't do much without it so I was curios and had a look with my multimeter just to see if thing were getting current accompanied by the pin out and as far as I could tel all was good but that's when I put the leads down not paying any attention and blue a pico fuse 
I herd it! you know the one that lets the mouse move so I panicked a bit then realized what I had done from all the post on that in here so thanks again to everyone I fixed it so .... next time I,ll wait till I have the time.
