Looks like the Israeli's are desperate. It takes a brave young boy to protect them. That was stupid. What a bunch of bullies. :-o

That sucks, but is little more then a minor footnote in that conflict.
Anyway, I noticed some tension between Bush and Sharon these past two days. The one thing I don't hate about Bush is that he's not as close with Isreal as Bill Clinton was (or as Kerry would be). I take it the main reason Bush is defending Arafat is because he probably made a secret pledge to the Saudi royal family to pretect him, as there is otherwise little reason to keep him alive (from Israel's and America's point of view). Now if only Bush could do something productive with the short leash he has on both Arafat and Sharon, I would be impressed - or just kill them both, as I think the leaders are worse then the people who I believe in their hearts just want peace and security.
