There is a lawsuit from Infinium (a game console vendor) against HardOCP (online computer magazine).
Is this the same case as Ann.Lu .vs. Genesi? (Freedom of Press)
Is Infinium a "paper company" / "mail drop only" company, similar to Amiga Inc?
What about Genesi?
