There is certainly potential for abuse, I'll grant you that. The article you provided had great shock value but NO meat and potatoes.
Besides the article has one fundamental problem. It mentions "South Florida", I can state for a FACT that in 2004 there is approximately ZERO orange groves left in South Florida! In <1980s there were but those days are gone. You have to travel to Central FL to find any serious orange groves.
I smell a rat.

But anyway, perhaps it's not about Oranges, that was something I just kinda assumed. The article also mentions NY as another area with "forced labour" problems. Forced prostitution can be a real problem as well.

Hell I only read this thread because I THOUGHT you were talking about the REAL OJ problem we have in South Florida!!To be honest, I'm not a big fan of either of them. :-o
