Any Bees (or former Bees) in here?

I've just installed BeOS Pro on my PC and I have a simple question:

I have downloaded some drivers for my adsl connection and graphics card (i get b/w) and now the problem is how to get them into BeOS from windows? Is there any way to access the Windoze partition from BeOS or the other way around?

Please help, thank you EVER so much,
-Blomberg

P.s.: I'm a TOTAL newBE

If your screen is in B&W then your GFX card is not supported, or else you need drivers, if you can not find drivers, then you can prolly use the vesa kit available on bebits.com to give you color.

Ya, mounting is EASY in Be, unlike Linux where you have to edit fstab, and run the mount commnand, then of course unmount with CD-ROMS and all that crap. :)

Feel free to ask away if you encounter more problems. I've been into BeOs for a while, but i am no tecchie.

If you get your drivers right, try the multimedia capabilities. BeOs can take a ####load of pressure before it crashes.

BeOS Tip Server (http://www.betips.net/) should be able to help you out!

Hi there, firstly, RELAX.
This isnt as hard a problem as it appears :)

1: Boot into BeOS
2: Right Click on the actual desktop and a menu should appear
3: Go to the Mount > option and you should find within the list your windows partition (or drive as the case may be)
4: once mounted, go into Disks and recover the BeOS drivers you have downloaded from within Windows.
5: Install them as directed in their instructions
6: Reboot, config as applicable and finally
7: Enjoy, you now have at your fingertips the best OS ever written for x86 (imho)
