n fact it's a good point. I would happily stop posting about AROS on this site if Wayne banned it as a topic of converstation, I would even stop if the majority of users here asked me too. I would not want to stop visiting and poting on this site in gerneral though as I enjoy it here.
So can we have a vote? :-p ;-) :-D

I have no problem with AROS whatsoever. If all else fails, it may be our saviour in the end. IMHO

Hehehe, yeah it has nothing to do with AROS, it 's about imposing a ban on ME talking about AROS... I honestly don't know how long I would cope for... 4 maybe 5 min at best...

Sure if you use Grub to boot Linux and Windows.
And you will need to creat the FFS partition using Linux, as AROS just installs itself on the whole drive.
-Edit- I recomend you just run teh Live CD though... don't bother with nasty installs :-)

I agree.
Once we start blocking topics that are not within the moderators remit then what is the use of the site?
Everyone is allowed their opinion, I personally hate AROS, but then I'm sure others think its the best thing since sliced bread (!) - in which case they should get back to hospital !! :-D :-D

Three years ago, a night on the piss and a kebab was just my thing.
Then I went veggie, so it was a night on the piss followed by a pizza.
Then I fell out with my best friend over some Welsh girl and it was just me, alone, drinking... followed by pizza.
Then terrible, regrettable things happened when I was drunk one time, so it was just pizza.
Then I decided I'd become vegan. Now I don't even have pizza.
Uh, I think I'm a bit off-topic ;-)

Nah, sobing, drinking, womanizing and pizza should go well with AROS, or any other OS worth its salt. Just not sure about the vegies! :-P

If it was some manky old bit of rotting food from the back of the fridge, I'd agree. But this was a prime kebab from a place that I had many fine take outs in the past.
That said, I never eat chicken donner normally so it was probably that...

I dont get the joke either.. and Im probably older than that_punk_guy....
Only ever had a kebab once. Was in colledge - got back from the tivoli and was in a dire state due to £1 a pint cider... (Why is it that the cheaper stuff is always the most leathal)...
I was hungry - needed something to soak up all the alcoholic apple juice. I had never had a Kebab before - my mother (the chef) had warned me about them.. but I thought sod it - I'll see what they are like. I vaguely remember coming out of the shop with a pita bread - fully laden to the sky with all sorts and everything.. and I hate lamb - too greasy. Anyhow, it tasted fantastic - was the best food in the world - fit for a king!
Till I woke up in the morning with a soar tongue - burning, painfull - felt like I had been licking velcro... :-?

"Straight Edge" was coined my the hardcore band Minor Threat in the 80s, it's a style of living that's free of drugs (including alcohol, cigarettes), casual sex, and sometimes meat (depends on the individual.)
Unfortunately over the years, it's gone from being a positive movement to a reason for a bunch of macho f**ktards to act like they're somehow superior to everyone else, ever...
