10 years member of Aorg 1 infraction I get Life Banned???

Guys I've been a member of aorg (magnetic) almost 10 years now. THE ONLY ban/infraction Ever in my history was from Jgolden a new mod about my bouts with Franko (understandable) I had a 3 day post ban, I immediately wrote him a PM apologizing and telling him I would stop, which i did.

Can you please explain to me why in the world you guys would life ban a former amiga dealer? After only 1 warning and never been previously banned? I know they are people out of for me because of my aggressive posts on Franko who threatened me bodily several times and my vocal opinions on the amiga/hyperion situation.

How can you not possibly say this was extermely heavy handed and fascist? This is NOT what Aorg is about. I actually defend Aorg on aw.net and EAB all the time.. then I go to log in and am life banned? I couldnt even get my PMs which were transactions and trades I was doing with other members. To think i am on aw.net where i'm a bad guy and am banned for life here? for what?

I put a call in to Discreet FX to speak in directly with the site owner Bill P (and actually discreet are former magnetic systems customers) I'm in over 5 USA Amiga user groups and really dont think this is fair treatment at all :((

After I apologized to Jgolden I did NOT attack Franko or anyone lelse in a manner to violate the TOC and took the warning seriously.. Then suddenly I challenge Ben H of Hyperion completly in line with the TOS and next day I'm banned??? this is not right, not in the amiga world. How many times have other members had bans/infractions and still are here? How many times did Franko or Doomy get banned? What is this really?

No he told me he was coming to LA and he wanted me to meet him so he could kick my ass. Of course, never happened.

Don't feel bad. Criticizing Hyperion in any form gets me banned here and at AW, though not permanently, even though my criticisms have been constructive in nature.

I'm starting to suspect that Hyperion has probably been providing financial support to a.org and AW, or promises of support. They've clearly stepped over the line when it comes to ANYBODY who points out problems with Hyperion, AEON and the X1000. Just a bunch of tools working for Hyperion here now......Bet I'll get banned for posting this....

I have a theory about that involving Nuns, microfilm, a party in 1994 at the Chinese embassy, and lots and lots of Pixy Stix....

Still working on it tho... There's a gap of 30 minutes involving Betty White that I can't quite explain.. Yet!!!

That's a bit of a stretch about "Franko threatening to beat you up". Im sure Im not the only one who remembers what actually happened there.

Not that I care either way. I dont know you well enough to have any sort of issue with you, and Im not exactly Franko's biggest fan a lot of the time (contrary to some peoples bizzare beliefs), but sheesh guy, that's a pretty heavy twist of the truth (I was informed that thread had a reord number of reports, so there's plenty of people who will remember the actual chain of events).

Not that I really care too much, but it baffles me how people seem to think that things theyve written in a public place, for all too see (and it still is) will not just be forgotten, but also try to sell alternatve versions of the events.

That said and done, I cant say Ive seen you posting anything that warrants a ban. Maybe it is a glitch? Personally Id probably message a mod or 2 about it myself. Good luck with getting it resolved.

If he only got one infraction, it does seem pretty heavy handed. Hopefully a mod can sort it out.
