I have a Supra Drive 500 XP with an Amiga 500+. Currently the drive has 2mb installed via 256kb x 4 dips (same as 2091 ram). The acrd supports up to 8mb but uses 1M×4 DRAM chips. any idea where to get those?
thanks

I'm in the same situation... Been looking for literally 2 years. Never been able to find at any price. If you find some extra, let me know.

I looked for a long time too for RAM chips for a SupraDrive 500XP.
I did pull some chips off old VGA video cards. These were the 256 byte kind though so I ended up with the 2MB of RAM situation (board fully populated with 256 byte chips). I was not able to find the 1MB chips on a VGA card, but I read that they do exist on old PC video cards.

what chip numbers are you looking for?

Not sure on actual chip numbers, but they are 1M×4 DRAM DIP 20 PINs. Need 16 chips for 8mb, even 8 chips for 4mb would be good

I have tc514400-80 1x4mb 20 pin memory. I believe I should have 256k chips also if my memory works correctly. PM if interested, these are new chips.

514400s do sound like the right type, I upgraded a couple of these to 8MB recently.

I think it's Toshiba numbering for 1M x4 chips - my Zip ram was similar.
