News from ClusterUK via amigaworld.net

Firstly I am pleased to say I am now shipping the new IMICA Atom Silents units, and thanks to those who have put faith in the Atom based IMICA project. Below you will find three links to the "Getting Started with IMICA Silent part one to three episodes." Yes I know you need to have system running to do this but I also include the full video on the system disk as well.

Now to celebrate the Amiga's 25th Anniversary I am offering free delivery (saving £20), for the first 25 orders received before the end of this month at only £199.

Again, thanks to all those who have supported me in this project and I will do another normal video soon.

Steve, thanks for making these videos. I'm looking forward to receiving my Imica. Have a KVM switch ready so it can share monitor, keyboard and mouse with my Sam.

EDIT: A few hours later (I was at work earlier!)... I just watched the videos, and now I'm truly psyched. Thanks, my friend! Guess one of those computers on your table is mine. :)

Really amazing. I want to say I appreciate the upfront show-me delivery and videos. Not like that silly mystery marketing crap that treats you like a little kid, of a certain supposed computer soon to hit the stage.

Nifty! I couldn't understand some of what you said, but it all looks very nice.

Ordered mine yesterday. Don't expect to do much with it, but I want to support Stephen and Paolo's efforts to keep AROS moving forward.

I would do the same for AmigaOS if I could run it on more modern hardware (that's more affordably priced than the X1000).

I can't even figure out how to order one on the web site.

@Kremlar, ordering could definitely be easier. I emailed Stephen Jones. His email is on the contact page.

To new SILENT owners: What do you plan to be doing with this machine?

Just set up my iMica. Really nice. Very responsive. As to what I'll do with it: who knows? But it's great to have a dedicated machine to track AROS's development.

Hi Guys

I am getting comments about ordering, I will try and put a generic product order page together for the standard unit. Especially as being under 2kg I can guarantee shipping for £20 for most countries.

In the mean time my email address is clusteruk@hotmail.com and that is also my PayPal address, so £219 sent and I will post to your Paypal address within 7 days.

Lets see how this batch of users get on and then I can prepare another batch of cases for screen printing.

Steve

edit: Looking forward to somebody fitting in there car with the 12v power input :-)
