Speed of 16Mhz 68000 accelerator

I've seen a few 16mhz 68000 projects over the years. I don't expect they'd increase performance greatly though. Does anyone have any SysInfo figures or similar that shows the kind of increase to expect? Would it be fair to say somewhere between 1x - 1.5x?

speed increase depends if you have fast ram

without fast ram about 0-10% speed up
with fast ram maybe 80-100% is possible

I have the PAMC-2000 installed in my A2000 with 8meg fast ram
it does have a noticeable speed increase
workbench is nicer to use and most games run smoother

I dont have current sysinfo stats but from memory I think it was 90-95% speed up
would need to setup the A2000 and check
