Any idea of shipping cost to New Zealand? Would be interested in all of them if it's not too horrendous, otherwise just the disk drives one.

Australia Post international Parcel, to New Zealand will be around AU$65 according to their website. Air Mail.

but that is of course subject to actual weights and parcel size when submitted over the counter.

Disk Drives Inside and Out, is 628g. $18.

about C programming books, is it generic C programming (stuff like printf etc) or is there any Amiga specific stuff inside ? Also which C compiler they're using ?

They do primarily reference Lattice and Aztec as the 'Complete' C Compilers.

The rear of the book says, amongst other stuff, Programming Intuition for Windows, Screens, Pulldown menus, Requesters, Gadgets and programing Console.
