The Mr. Hardware adapters are just relabeled Revanche units. If My. Hardware isn't replying to inquires, you might have some luck with Revanche (http://revanchellc.com/cgi-bin/mivavm?Merchant2/merchant.mvc+Screen=CTGY&Store_Code=REV&Category_Code=ACHD) directly. (BTW, I have a RAMA/RAKA combo and it works well with my Belkin SOHO KVM, the only problem I have is I couldn't get the wheel mouse working 100%.)

Cool!

IŽve sent an email both to them and Mr Hardware.

Now, why are there three different versions on the Revanche site (US, Europe and Custom)? Using a Norwegian keyboard would I benefit from Custom, or is it European version I need?

Cheers, thanks for the info IŽm sure IŽll manage to get my hands on it now! :)

Not sure which one is best for you, but Kurt (at Revanche) should be able to help.

Kurt doesn't answer his phone (EDIT: doh, dial correctly, but still just get a machine, and he doesn't answer his email.

So I'll try Mr. Hardware...

Hmm :-/

Try AmigaKit. I'm using a PC PS2 keyboard adapter on my A4000 along with a PS2 mouse adapter. Both work fine and need no additional drivers (so directly booting games work fine), plus there are additional workbench mouse drivers to take advantage of additional mouse buttons and scroll wheels.

arnljot, I can build a mmeyboard (http://www.geit.de/eng_mmkeyboard.html) device for ya, (for the cost of parts, I guess around 20$ ish) but mine doesn't work with KVM switch I have :roll:

@all

One thing that just occured to me: Do these type of devices work "as usual" ie also in games, or only in WB?

@countzero
Awesome man! That would make my day! I've got a deal going with Kurt now. But I'd like that one too as a safety net, because I don't know about compatability and I want to see which one will work the best for me.

If it becomes superfluous you can buy it back for one more postcard of Mt. Fuji and some more of that hot Sea-mans Weed.

@Darrin
I looked through their European shop, but all I could find was products for the A1200. Which one is it that you have?

BTW,

slightly off topic:
This (http://www.aten-kvm.com/servlet/the-19/ATEN-CS-dsh-84A-cs84a-cs-dsh-84/Detail) is the KVM I'm considering. It's not too expensive, and available in the Norwegian market. I haven't searched a lot though. But in general it seems that it's more and more USB/DVI KVM switches and less and less PS2/D-SUB ones around.

very much off topic:
Just like AGP cards, when I decided to recycle my old HTPC as an UBUNTU box...

cheers :)

As you know now. I've flushed several $$$ down the drain on Revanche LLC. Read about it here (http://www.amiga.org/forums/showthread.php?t=38931)

Can anyone reccomend KVM compatible mouse and key adapter?

I know AmigaKit used to have lyra, is this as good as the RAKA was supposed to be?

Need advice.
