I am sorry to say that all accounts have been taken now for the email address, sorry to those of you who couldn`t get one, I hope to expand it some more where I can afford to add more email accounts :)

I assume these accounts are hosted on an Amiga, otherwise it's completely pointless.

@Minuous

What a stupud and frankly childish things to say. What was pointless was your comment.

How so? I made a valid point about the real "Amiga"-ness of this email account, and you decide to make a personal attack on me? Isn't that being childish?

Since amiga.org is hosted on a Unix box (or Frontpage server, not sure which) it won't reach your required level of "Amiganess", so perhaps you'd like to take your bigoted opinion elsewhere? Maybe type it in to a shell window on your Amiga?

This post doesn't make sense now that Minous has edited his post to remove the offensive comment he made to JJ :roll:

The Amiga-ness is all in the name, it doesn't have to be hosted on an Amiga..

Yes, unfortunately it isn`t hosted on an amiga server, that would be cool. I just thought, mac users have the .mac but amiga users don`t really have anything, so I figured @amigalife.com sounded good and did a website around it. It is a way to show ur amiga pride. :lol:

I'm scratchin' my head over it too... it's kind of like saying that Eric's last animation was pointless because you had to go to YouTube to watch it........

Thank you, it is not much that I have done but I thought it is nice to be able to show our pride and love for the machine, I have contacted some of the original Amiga team like R.J Mical just to see if they would accept an email address with their name, would be cool to know one of the original team is on the list.
