Is there anyone who lives near Brighton (UK) who would like an Amiga A1500? You must pick it up but there is no charge for the machine.

*If there's no takers it's going in the skip*

Reply asap please.

"Get your A1500 for nothing, and your chicks for free!"

Did it get a good home? I'd *hate* it if a perfectly good miggy got scrapped :-x :-(

On a similar note. I have a spare A4000/040-25 that is free to a good home, so long as you don't overfeed it.

Hi Guys, the A4000 will be COLLECTION ONLY, the reason iv'e never sold it is because i'm too lazy to sort out shipping. I live in Northampton, in the UK.

Hmm, my sis lives near Daventry - I could get her to pick it up at the weekend...?

@Cyberus

Thank you kindly sir :-D
No on a serious note i would love the A4000 as i have no aga nor any amiga no more and have never had a big box amiga, i dont really want another A1200 because it cost too much to upgrade and to be quite honest i am not that well off, so this would be the perfect opportunity for me. if i did get the A4000 then i would pass the A1500 to someone else.

Please refer to my shameless begging email.
Please also forgive the bad grammar towards the
end of my message. In the excitement of cut and
paste and fun, I lost it a bit! But I am sure you
are now aware i am your most desrving grovellor.
(how do I spell grovellor?) (using Aweb!! no spell check!!)

Cyberus, do you already own a bigbox Ami? If so perhaps it should go to a different home, they get jealous around competition. If you don't, then it looks like you've got a new girlfriend! I switched it on a few weeks ago, and it all seems in working order. My A4000T doesn't like having it around, so it's got to go.

Nitrous

Oh well i suppose will go get the A1500 then :-( , i guess a Amiga is better than no Amiga.

Cyberus
08-08-2003, 06:05 AM
No I don't, unless you count an A500! :-P

I would be really grateful for the A4000, I've wanted one ever since they cost thousands back in the early nineties...
If you PMail me your details, I could pass them onto my sister, who has just confirmed she WILL be in Northampton tomorrow...

P.S. Thank you very much!

Hello everyone,

Here's an update for ya...

The 1500 isn't mine - i wanted it - but as you can see from my profile i don't live anywhere near brighton and the owner didn't want to ship. I posted here so the poor thing wouldn't be skipped.

Anyway, he kindly agreed to hold on to it for a while so i could find a taker and ......... NitrousB was the first to the buzzer.

Happy ending!

Cheers,
Martyn.
