cf card

i bought a 2gig cf card that i wanted to use with my pcmcia card holder.

now when i try to prep the card it say that its write protected?

wierd cause how did that happen? thers no option on the card itself?

who can help me out?

You can't prep it. That feature is only for PCMCIA memory cards.

You need cfd and fat95 which you can get on Aminet. Install them and you can use your CF card just like a Hard Drive.

It's been awhile since I bothered with it, but I think you simply put it in the C: drawer.

Of course, if you :rtfm: read the docs, it'll tell you how to set it up.
