flash for the amiga?

If you mean shockwave flash then yes:
SWFplayer on Aminet (http://ftp.uni-paderborn.de/aminetbin/find?swfplayer) and Voyager3 (http://v3.vapor.com/) also does SWF on PPC IIRC.

I do not know how stable these options are though. Experiment a bit.
