TeamAROS Bounty #48, Port Scalos to AROS

Porting Scalos bounty has been created (http://thenostromo.com/teamaros2/?number=48). License issue is special on this one since it's closed sourced and TeamAROS typically prefers open source. Permission by Scalos maintainers has been granted AROS to add binaries to the AROS SVN and to AROS Distro(s).
