Auto hue not setting up right on Toaster/Flyer

Hey,

I have installed the Video Toaster flyer 4.3 update. Now I am having trouble getting the Auto Hue to set up properly. The picture is not in sync thus looks bent or out of phaze. I have tried to do the auto hue both with the blackburst gen and a video signal of bars.

done as per the manual instructions?
does it not auto hue when the system has had a chance to "warm up"?
try tuning the board?

I can't be of much help as my toaster system has been dismantled...

if you keep getting a "toaster card not responding" error message, then it might need some service though newtek...

Thanks for the answer.
I was able to get it to do the Auto Hue. I found some better insructions on the net that said that the video input can not go through a TBC (nothing mentiond in the manual about this) so I connected the input directly to the toaster card I also was told to disconect all other inputs and outputs. (again not in the manual).
The Auto Hue went fins after that.
