Yes, Cloanto is excellent. I sent them an email a couple years ago (requesting a Mac version of AExplorer) and got a response the next day.

Usually, when it comes to Amiga stuff these days I consider myself lucky if I get a response within 2 months!

In my book, Colanto is at the top of the list for Amiga product vendors. Great service, responsive, responsible, courteous and professional. A++++++++++ company.
