Where to get GenesisPrefs.lha?

Does anyone know where to get this package from. Every link on google turns up a blank. Perhaps someone could email it to me.

You don't need it. The problems with GenesisPrefs being MUI rather than ReAction are fixed with BoingBag1. http://os.amigaworld.de/index.php?lang=en&page=12
