Hi,

I have done a clean install of OS3.9 plus my powerflyer software. Trouble is i seem to be struggling to get my PPC board to work with Wipeout, Payback etc. I have a mediator and voodoo 3 which i have got up and running fine.

I have a 603/175/40.

Next i know comes WarpUp and Warp3D, but what versions and which order. Should i be installing the software from the OS 3.9 cd?

The demos seem to work fine, gears etc, which confuses me even more!

Thanks to any help offered.

In bppc flash by default buggy ppc.library (ie power-up from some version of libs). By using bppcfix you must remove ppc.library from flash, and install Warp-Os. Generally warp-os it is only 3 libs:
powerpc.library : WarpOS implementation/API
warp.library : PowerPC hardware abstraction layer
warpHW.library : PowerPC board interface

so, you can loading warp-os manyaly or from startup. Just using "loadlib powerpc.library". If you need to use some Power-Up software (elf binarys), you can use default ppc.library from bppc flash (do not use bppcfix), or by using
power-up emulator under warp-os (part of warp-os).

Well. Next, it is installing Warp3d drivers. Elbox present Warp3d_for_mediator archive, install it. And test it by 'gears' demos from warp3d archive.

One little think - for 68k warp3d software env:mediator/mmu must be in YES, for ppc warp3d software in NO.

If you can run gears demos, be sure you will run all of those games :)
