StormC 3 and AmigaForever 4 problem

Hi,

I cannot install StormC 3 in Amiga Forver 4. I get all kinds of errors installing it. Cannot find directory this, no acces to this etc. Does anyone has an answere for this? I tried all kinds of options but it just will not install. I am using the StormC version from the developer cd. Any help is very welcome.

What version of WinUAE are you using? You could try running the update utility that came with AmigaForever 4 and update to the latest version of WinUAE or goto the WinUAE web site (http://www.winuae.net) and download the latest version and replace the files in the AmigaForever 4 WinUAE directory with the new files.

Another thing you may want to try is copying the StormC 3 directory from the Dev CD to a different volume. I've had some troubles installing things directly from the Dev CD.

Using version 0.8.22, release 4. I allready tried to copy the dir to my HD and install from there. But also that will not work.

I had the same problem when I upgraded to 4.

What worked for me was creating a hard disk file
and installing onto that instead of the overlaid
filesystem.

The same goes for Geek Gadgets.

The hard disk file did not work. Maybe you could tell your settings you used. Like how big, the way you installed it. Would be great if you could so that I can get it installed too.
