Hey,
I was recently listening to some of his stuff from Elias' latest CD "American River" a week or 2 ago at my internship w/ Universal and it was pretty good i must admit. it featured the late great Johnny Cash in one of his final recordings. I'm gonna do some more research on Elias, but has anybody else heard of this guy? Check him out if you haven't...
Is that countrymusic?
(BTW welcome to a.org, kinda non-standard first post :-)).

yeah, you know how it is when you've lurked for a while; that first post isn't going to be super formal, but i should have introduced myself at least.
Anyway, I'm into several genres of music, but this is the first time that I've really explored classical and country. I would describe Elias' music as a blend of both. It's pretty good when you're in that reflective mood.
i found some samples,

It's fun finding new and refreshing things, especially music.
