Rodney Dangerfield is a comedian who has been around a very long time (altho he started his career at about age 40) - and he's known for helping out other (younger) comedians.
dispite his well known line, he really DOES get respect - at least by those of us with taste!

he's been in several films.

He's been looking pretty rough for years, hate to say. I never much cared for many of his movies, but he was always roll on the floor hilarious when interviewed. His humor was always very sharp.
